Step 1: Initial Cosmetic Testing
A:Turn off the screen protector to check if there is any dust,scratch,bubbles inside.If yes,clean it with non-dust cloth,if the dust can’t be cleaned,or if there is any scratch or bubbles,the item will be rejected.
Condition: Under strong spot light Tips: Check the sensor hole if it’s transparent
B:Check if the flex cable or connector is broken,if yes,will be rejected.
C:Check the appearance,to see if the frame is strong,or if any screw loose,the home button hole is smooth.If yes, will be rejected.
Once cosmetic testing pass,the LCD assembly will be arranged functional test.
Step 2: Functional Test---Twice
Connect the LCD to the mainboard by testing cable.Make sure all pins fit well.
Turn iPhone on.Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Apple logo appears,then wait the slider appears.
Check the icons,if there is any
double image or other problem.
Tap photos to open it,drag white/black/grey photos to view all screen.To check if any line,flicker,color deviation or the inequality of the backlight.If yes,item will be rejected.
Tap phone calls to open it,tap each number key to check if all match. Tap messages to open it,tap each letter key to check if all match and controlled exactly.
Return to the home screen,touch and hold any app until it jiggles,then drag app around.Check if it’s sensitive and smoothly.
Swipe down from the bottom edge of the screen,open the control center to check if it works.
Swipe down from the top edge of the screen, open notification center to check if it works.
Step 3:Final Cosmetic Testing
After the item passed double functional testing,will be arranged final cosmetic test.
Pass items will be sealed QC stamp,and then packed.
